Q – How do I order?

Q - I already made payment, why haven’t I received an email confirmation?
A - There are several reasons why you have not receive the email, such as: email detected as spam/junk, system’s failure to process your order or human error. If any of this happened to you, kindly contact our customer service

Q – I just placed an order, how long is the payout limit?
A - Your order will be automatically canceled if you do not make payment confirmation within 24 hours.

Q – How long will my delivery take?
A – Any orders received with payment confirmed before 1PM is generally processed within the same day or up to maximum of 2 working days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number or a text message from the courier service. Q – I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
A – Contact us and send back your item within 3 days of delivery, you can then exchange your purchase with your desired size. Remember, we only accept exchanges if the product is still in the original, new condition – unwashed, undamaged, unworn with all tags/labels and hygiene sticker in place.

Q – I would like to order, but I am not located in Indonesia, what do I do?
A – We do accept orders internationally and ship worldwide, but our website system currently are still limited to local orders. If you are outside of Indonesia and would like to place an order, just simply contact our customer service with details of your order (Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Shipping Address, Item Number/Product Name, Product Size, Quantity) via email or Whatsapp and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
