We offer shipping within Indonesia. All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM Indonesia Western Time Zone are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Our shipping allows you to choose regular or express shipping provided by JNE or Si Cepat. You will be provided with tracking number for your orders, which will be sent to you through email, or text message from the delivery service used to send your package. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper; we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser and will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order.
All orders cannot be shipped COD (Cash on Delivery).
If you need an urgent delivery service, we do ship via Gojek. At checkout, choose Gojek as the shipping method and contact us once you are ready to pick up your order. Gojek fees are paid by the purchaser.
While our system does not support international orders, we do accept and ship internationally. If you are outside of Indonesia and would like to place an order, just simply contact our customer service with details of your order (Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Shipping Address, Item Number/Product Name, Product Size, Quantity) via email or Whatsapp and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
All international sales are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be cancelled and a member of our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider your order cancelled.
Currently, our website system only accept payments by Bank Transfer. If you would like to pay through other methods such as wire transfers, contact us immediately.
WHAT WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR
Kai&Nyle keeps confidential all personally identifiable information you provide us. If you register your details with us, or order a purchase, your information allows us to communicate with you about our products, promotions, activities and to update our customer database. Your information is for our company’s internal use only and customer communication purposes.
If you purchase any of our products online, we will also use the information you provide us to process your order and its delivery to you.
ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION
We like to know that the personal information you provide us is accurate, complete and up to date. If you notice that your personal information is missing or incorrect, you can update your details online on our website.
The email you provided us will be used to provide you with our latest product launches, updates and promotions. You have the opportunity to opt out of the future contact anytime you like. If you would like your name deleted from the database please email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting deletion. You will be deleted from our database.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All domestic and international purchases are non-refundable, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer an exchange for items deemed unworn by our customer service team and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Any exchange request must be communicated and returned to us within 48hours of delivery.
All products returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all hang tags/labels and sanitary liner still attached. Due to hygiene restrictions, we cannot offer an exchange on products that have had the hygiene sticker removed; so please leave it intact until you are 100% sure about your purchase. Exchanges that are washed, damaged, soiled or altered WILL NOT be accepted.
We offer exchanges for the following reasons:
Faulty or Incorrect Item - In the event where we have sent you a wrong item or there’s a fault in your swimsuit, we sincerely apologize for this issue! Please take a picture of the fault or defect(s) on your swimsuit and send it to our Whatsapp or Line, or email us at email@example.com right away. We will assess and let you know if any exchanges are applicable.
Size – Swimsuit run too small or large on you? Reach out to us and we will exchange it to the desired size! Please be sure to check our size chart before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee that another size will available for an exchange.
Upon receipt of any returned products, they will be inspected and we will contact you with the decision of whether exchanges are applicable. It will take up to 7 working days to process your request after we receive the returned product.
Please note that returns and exchanges are only allowed ONCE per purchase and that we can only exchange your purchase with the SAME item number. Customers are fully responsible for all additional shipping costs there may be for return or exchanges.
All international orders and sales items are FINAL. Customers are responsible any taxes or import duties imposed by your country’s government.
